Happy Thanksgiving, Clarksville

I'll keep this short because you've got places to be and people to feed.

Whether you're gathering around a table with family, serving at a local shelter, pulling duty at Fort Campbell, or just enjoying a quiet day off—thanks for being here.

Got family visiting for the long weekend? Don't miss the events happening around town—there's plenty to do between turkey leftovers and Black Friday shopping.

And speaking of Black Friday, our local businesses could use your support just as much as the big box stores.

Here's your quick guide to what's happening in Clarksville this holiday weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.

Small Business Saturday is November 29, and if you think it's just a cute marketing gimmick, think again.

There's a massive difference between where your money goes when you shop local versus when you don't—and it's not what most people expect.

Plus, those shop owners who remember your name and sponsor the Little League team?

They're quietly struggling right now, and most folks have no idea.
